As the Assistant Manager, you will:
Assist the Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the café.
Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining high barista standards.
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to ensure a motivated and effective team.
Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café.
Support marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth. What We're Looking For:
Experience: Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar managerial role - Strong Deputy Manager experience preferable
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.
Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Communication: Effective communication skills, both with staff and customers.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Passion: A genuine passion for coffee and the hospitality industry.
