Job Title: Sales Advisor
Location: Galashiels
Basic Salary: £11.44 Per Hour (Increasing in April) - Permanent 35-hour Contract
OTE: £30,000 - £32,000+
Shift and schedule: Trading hours are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Saturday & 11am - 4pm Sunday. 5-7 day working pattern

Greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the shop, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Providing personalised product recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
Assisting customers in navigating the store, answering questions, and offering insights into product features.
Maintaining visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and organised shopping environment.
Processing transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Keeping track of inventory levels and restocking products as needed.
Contributing to the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the shop.
Creating a welcoming environment where exceptional customer service is paramount.
Driving results by consistently meeting targets and KPI's.
Bringing fresh ideas and expertise to the table with strong communication skills.Successful Applicant:
