Finance Assistant

CMA Recruitment Group is supporting an education establishment with the recruitment of a Part Time Finance Assistant, on a Term-Time only basis, based within their central office function on the outskirts of Petersfield, Hampshire.

Working closely within a friendly team, with a fast-paced workload, the successful candidate will take ownership of their own site, using their strong communication skills to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders alike.

What will the part-time Finance Assistant role involve?

Matching, coding, and posting purchase ledger invoices.
Reconciling statements.
Support the payment of invoices.
Staff expenses.
Suitable Candidate for the part time Finance Assistant vacancy:

Previous purchase ledger experience would be an advantage.
Proactive in their approach.
Good interpersonal skills.
