Description

Lead the procurement and supply chain team effectively.
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organisational objectives.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure value for money.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations within the public sector.
Monitor and manage risks within the supply chain.
Report on procurement activities and performance.
Implement cost-saving initiatives within the procurement process.
Provide training and support to procurement staff.Profile

A successful 'Procurement Manager' should have:

A degree in business, economics, or a related field.
Proficiency in procurement software and other related IT systems.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships.
