The Role and the Ideal Candidate: 

Bachelor's degree in English, English Literature, or a related field (a teaching qualification is preferred)
Proven experience in teaching English, literature, or language either through previous employment or student teaching
Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills, focusing on both practical and creative aspects of the English language
Foster a love for literature and promote critical thinking and analysis skills through the study of literary works
Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement effective teaching strategies to support student development
