Sales Advisor

Are you a charismatic and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Advisor/Customer Service Advisor to join our client's dynamic team in Congleton for a 3-month temporary assignment starting in January.
The successful candidate must have their own transport as travelling between sites will be required. Paying £13.50 per hour, the hours are between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am and 4pm on a weekend on a rota basis.
In this role, you will have the chance to engage with a variety of customers, providing them with professional and friendly support. With your excellent communication skills, you'll deliver a top-notch sales and enquiry service in a vibrant environment.
Responsibilities:
* Interact confidently and energetically with customers both face-to-face and over various digital channels, ensuring their needs are met.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries and offering suitable products/services
* Employ a soft sales approach, showcasing your customer service skills and building strong relationships with customers
* Collaborate closely with colleagues across the organisation, working together to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably with a focus on sales
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different customer preferences
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Self-motivated and target-driven, with a positive attitude
* Access to own transport, as travel to various sites in Cheshire may be required
