Electricians Mate needed for a resi / commercial project

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Electrician's Mate to join our team for a residential and commercial project. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade while supporting qualified electricians on site.

Responsibilities:

* Assist electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in both residential and commercial buildings.

* Prepare and organize materials and tools required for tasks.

* Install electrical wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components under the guidance of qualified electricians.

* Perform basic electrical tasks such as pulling wires, securing components, and assisting with the setup of panels and circuits.

* Assist with electrical inspections and help ensure work complies with local codes and regulations.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

* Help with the safe disposal of waste and unused materials.

* Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and in good working condition.

* Adhere to all health and safety regulations on site.

Qualifications:

* CSCS Card

* Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components (residential and commercial).

* Previous experience in an electrical or construction role is preferred but not required.

* Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions.

* Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

* Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

* Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
