Company Overview - Engineering Manager/Head of Technology (Fire & Security)

Our client, a leader in their sector, are currently looking for an Engineering Manager/Head of Technology (Fire & Security) to join their highly valued team on a full-time basis.

Engineering Manager/Head of Technology (Fire & Security) Role and Responsibilities:

* Overseeing Product Development to ensure all projects are effectively managed and stay on schedule.

* Ensure new products align with client expectations and undergo thorough testing before release.

* Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to ensure the fixed installations division operates efficiently and manage targets to drive year-on-year growth.

* Reviewing departmental and divisional KPIs and ensuring that all areas of the department are working in line with expectations.

* Leading the coordination team to ensure efficient scheduling of deliveries and collections, and that all necessary documentation is received and processed accurately.

* Ensure all Health & Safety Requirements are met.

* Ensure the department operates in compliance with audit requirements.

* Monitoring and managing the development of all members within your department.

* Provide second line support to engineers.

* Ensure administrative duties are completed to a high standard.

Engineering Manager/Head of Technology (Fire & Security) Skills and Experience:

* Experience of working with CCTV Towers & the security hire market.

* Experience with technology-based fire and security systems

* Proficient in high-level report writing

* Strong communication skills

* Exceptional customer service acumen
