What You’ll Be Doing:
Costing Genius: Get hands-on with estimating costs and setting budgets that keep projects smooth and profitable.
On-Site Insights: Conduct on-site measurements and take-offs – you'll be the go-to for knowing what’s what on every job.
Procurement Pro: Help secure top-notch materials and subcontractors for each project.
Keep Us on Track: Prepare and submit progress claims and variations, ensuring that everything stays within scope.
Final Flourish: Assist in preparing final accounts, tying up all the details with precision.
Team Collaborator: Work alongside project managers, architects, and contractors to bring projects to life on budget and on time.
Record-Keeping Extraordinaire: Keep all costs and quantities meticulously documented, ensuring transparency and accuracy.What We’re Looking For:
Qualified & Experienced: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, plus experience in interior fit-out.
Analytical Ace: Strong with numbers and skilled at finding insights that help make smart project decisions.
Team Player with People Skills: You’re great at communicating and enjoy working closely with others.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software.
