Position: Welder
Location: Holme-on-Spalding-Moore
Salary: £15 - £16 per hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours:

* Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

* Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team, specialising in the fabrication of steel structures. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with consistent working hours and an early finish every Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform MIG welding on a variety of steel structures with precision and accuracy.

* Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to fabricate components.

* Assemble, measure, and cut steel materials to required specifications.

* Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets company and industry standards.

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG welding and fabricating steel structures.

* Proven ability to read and work from technical drawings.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a strong work ethic.

What We Offer:
