About the role:

Our vibrant 3-form entry school in Finchley is on the lookout for a dedicated KS2 Teacher to join our dynamic team. As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering a love for learning and nurturing the unique talents of each student by planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of all learners, assessing and tracking student progress to ensure every child achieves their personal best, collaborating with fellow educators to enhance our curriculum and create a positive learning environment, building strong relationships with students and parents to foster a sense of community and support, and promoting inclusivity and understanding within the classroom while celebrating the diverse backgrounds of our students.

Application Requirements:

• A valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Experience teaching in a Key Stage 2 setting.

• A passion for education and a commitment to student success.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

• A creative approach to teaching, with a focus on engaging all learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement lesson plans that stimulate and challenge students.

• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding progress.

• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills.

• Contribute to school events and extracurricular activities.

• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
