About the Family Law Solicitor role:

We are seeking a dedicated Family Law Solicitor to join a highly regarded team in Northampton. Whether you are a newly qualified solicitor or a Senior/Associate-level professional, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a varied caseload, including:

* Divorce and separation

* Property and financial settlements

* Children issues and care arrangements

* Trusts of land

* Pre/post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements

* Non-molestation applications

* If at a senior level, provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members

* Work independently, taking cases from initial instruction through to completion

About You:

* Ideally, 1+ year PQE, but we are open to candidates at all experience levels, including those at Senior/Associate level

* Experience handling a range of family law matters independently

* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your caseload effectively

* If applying at a senior level, a willingness to mentor junior team members
