You’ll have the opportunity to build on the solid foundation left by our previous Customer Service Executive, who dedicated over a decade to perfecting your new role.

Do you have experience in automotive or with manufactured products? Perfect – that’s exactly what we’re after.
 
What you will be doing as Customer Service Executive:

This isn’t just logging complaints and moving on; it’s about taking full ownership from start to resolution. You’ll be tackling everything from warranty questions to user error troubleshooting and deciding if something needs escalating. You’ll have the confidence and the skills to handle each issue, ensuring the customer is heard and the outcome is fair.
Coming from the automotive world? If you’re used to long hours and weekend shifts, here it’s a bit different – Saturdays are on a rota and few and far between.
You’ll be the key contact across three distinct brands, becoming the trusted link that customers know they can rely on.
 
As Customer Service Executive you will bring:

A clear head, great listening skills, and a positive approach.
Technical product awareness and a knack for handling complex issues.
Confidence in managing tricky situations with a collaborative approach.
A readiness to juggle tight deadlines and a varied workload as part of a team focused on complete customer satisfaction.
