Nursing Home Manager

Salary: From £83,000 p/a

We are seeking an accomplished and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead our client's stunning nursing home, which provides person-centred residential, nursing, and dementia care for older adults. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing nursing homes, a strong track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings, and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of care. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic leader to drive excellence.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager with a successful track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC results.

Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a multidisciplinary team.

Excellent knowledge of current legislation and best practices in the care sector, particularly in relation to older adults and dementia care.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to resident care.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring exceptional care standards are maintained across residential, nursing, and dementia care.

Ensure compliance with CQC standards, driving improvements where needed to achieve Good and Outstanding ratings.

Lead, mentor, and develop the care team, fostering a positive, supportive environment.

Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community, ensuring an open and transparent approach to care.

Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels efficiently, ensuring the smooth running of the home.

Ensure ongoing staff training and development to maintain the highest levels of care and compliance.
