Lettings Administrator

Chichester

Join our team on a Full-time Permanent basis working Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join a growing Property Management firm in Chichester. Working in the Lettings Department you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the department's work. In return, you will be offered a salary of £25,000, a permanent position and a generous holiday allowance with progression opportunities within the company.  

Duties: 

Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests.

Managing Letting department correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages.

Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and viewings.

Arranging property boards • Co-ordinating check-in and check-out appointments with tenants.

Liaising with applicants throughout the letting process including utility bills and measure ups.

Assisting with general maintenance of properties.

Obtaining, monitoring, and chasing utility meter readings.

Organising and maintaining compliance for properties.

Co-ordinating property inspections.

Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for the Lettings department.
