Are you an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting young learners?
We are working with a fantastic school in the M11 area to recruit an EYFS Teaching Assistant. This is a long-term role with a great chance to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Information:

Location: M11 Area
Salary: £95 - £110 per day, depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP
Position Type: Long-term with potential for a permanent positionRole Overview:
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons to young children
Assisting with the development of early literacy and numeracy skills
Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis to support children's learning
Helping with classroom management and creating a positive, nurturing environment for the children
Encouraging the social, emotional, and academic development of the children in your careWhat We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children (EYFS experience is desirable, but not essential)
A passion for supporting children in their early learning stages
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting young learnersWhat We Offer:
