About the Role:

Inspire and Lead: Motivate a team of enthusiastic educators to deliver high-quality, engaging early years education.
Curriculum Development: Design and implement innovative, play-based learning experiences that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Engage with Families: Build strong partnerships with parents to ensure they are involved in their child’s development and educational journey.
Monitor Progress: Oversee the assessment and tracking of children’s progress, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
