Nursery Nurse Early Years Practitioner

As a Nursery Nurse, you will work full-time on a long-term basis, becoming an integral part of a dedicated Early Years team to create engaging learning experiences. You’ll support children’s physical, social, and emotional development through creative play and structured activities, foster strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and colleagues, and monitor and document each child’s progress, ensuring every milestone is celebrated.

Application Requirements:
• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
• Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• A passion for nurturing young minds and a commitment to safeguarding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that inspire curiosity and creativity.
• Provide personal care and support where necessary, fostering independence in children.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the SENCO to support children with additional needs.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
