My client, a highly regarded town planning consultancy, known for delivering strategic, innovative, and sustainable planning solutions across the UK, is looking for a Chartered Senior Town Planner to join the team. including residential, commercial, leisure, and rural developments.

The position as a Senior Town Planner is for a proactive individual. The successful candidate will have a full membership with the RTPI. As a Senior Town Planner, you will be meaningfully engaged in a variety of projects and be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, as well as being a mentor to more junior staff.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner

Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.
Chartered membership or eligibility with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
Several years of experience in town planning, ideally within a consultancy or local authority environment.
Strong knowledge of the UK planning system, regulations, and policy frameworks.
Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills..Interested?
