We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work for the Royal Mint as Santa's Helpers & Retail Staff based in Llantrisant, South Wales, CF72 8YT.

**The Royal Mint Experience are looking to fill multiple positions both to assist members of the public including families and children both in the shop and at Santa's Grotto giving a magical and memorable experience for all guests**

Candidates must be 18 years old or over to apply for this position.

Typical working hours and Payrate:

You will be required to be flexible and be able to work between Monday to Sunday, including evenings, on a Rota based system.

Part-time hours: Minimum 6 hours per week
Monday until Thursday afternoon evening work, we can be flexible on hours, for example 18:00 till 22:00 shift 4 hours or 15:00 till 21:00 shift 6 hours.
Friday to Sunday it will be 9 hour shifts, again we can be flexible on these
Pay: £11.48 per hourKey Accountabilities:

Embrace the idea of 'the team' and actively work to ensure the success of the attraction. A conscientious attitude, ability to follow the script given and be open to receiving feedback from the management team.
Ensure you are always punctual, ready to start working at the time your shift starts.
Ensure the highest standards of presentation are maintained throughout the attraction.
Be courteous and professional to guests.
Observe and report to the General/Duty Manager immediately any incidents which may affect the presentation, other employees, or guests of the visitor attraction.Person Specification:

Experience in amateur dramatics
Previous Experience of working in the Tourism Sector
Experience in group management to maintain tight booking times
Ability to speak a foreign language
Awareness of health and safety
Storytelling/ Interest in HistoryTHIS IS A FIXED TERM CONTRACT FROM 22ND NOVEMBER UNTIL 23TH DECEMBER WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION IN 2025 FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATES AND IN LINE WITH THE NEEDS OF THE BUSINESS.
