Regional Manager (Supported Living and Residential Care)

Location: Midlands

Salary: £45000 to £50000

In partnership with a leading specialist provider, dedicated to offering high-quality care in a nurturing environment that maximises independence, opportunities, and quality of life for those they support, I am seeking a skilled and passionate regional manager to join their team.

Position: Regional Manager (Supported Living)
Type: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid

Role Overview: As their Regional Manager, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and sustaining a portfolio of supported living complex care services. You will also be pivotal in strategic management, business growth and development across the organisation.

Key Requirements:

Level 5 Qualification in Management
Strong leadership skills
Extensive experience in complex care services and support for adults with learning disabilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple services and supervise teamsIn return for your excellent skills, knowledge, and experience:

Competitive annual salary of £45,000 - £50,000
