Hr Manager

Title: HR Manager

Salary £45,000-£60,000

Albion Rye Associates are partnered with a boutique pharmaceutical market research consultancy who are seeking a HR manager to join their dynamic growing team. You will be responsible for building out their HR function as they get ready for rapid expansion in the UK & US in the coming 12-18 months.

Key responsibilities (including but not limited to):

* Manage all core duties relating to employee engagement.

* Implementing HR policies in the UK, US & EU.

* Managing onboarding and offboarding processes.

* Ensuring HR best practices and policies are up to date and are implemented.

* Overseeing recruitment process (not head hunting).

* Organising training and appraisals.

Requirements:

* BA in Human Resources of other relevant discipline.

* 6+ years working in a HR role.

* Ideally would have worked in a Market Research, Life Science, Healthcare Communications or agency setting.

* Experience building out a HR function or directly managing others preferred.
