Web Designer
£30-35k (Negotiable depending on experience)

Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm)
Our client, a successful and dynamic marketing education company located in the Canterbury area, are seeking a bright, enthusiastic and experienced web designer who obsesses over direct response conversions and who wants to be part of an exciting and growing company who are passionate about marketing and are focussed on being the best marketing company in the UK.

They will mentor you throughout your journey and help coach you to be a superstar. They work together, grow together, win together and celebrate together.
This role is a crucial role, playing a big part in the companies planned growth.
The role will include:
* Designing and building the web-pages in our clients sales funnels using their in-house ‘drag and drop’ builder
* Optimising the style, look and feel of the page for direct response conversions
* Liaising with copywriters and leadership to identify how to visually represent marketing message on pages
* Split testing and designing marketing funnels to improve results
Required characteristics:
* Attention to detail - Our clients marketing efforts are front facing and industry leading - they will need the work to be undertaken to be a high standard to reflect the brand they have created.
* Understanding of Direct response marketing
* Strong skills in UI & UX design and web optimisation
* Proficiency in website platforms and design tools
* Can handle working on multiple projects at the same time – They have got lots of projects on the go and aren’t slowing down You will need to manage your time efficiently and prioritise projects and tasks.
* Communication and interpersonal skills - While it is not an initial goal, there are opportunities to coach clients if progressing with the role. High emotional intelligence is key
Required Experience:
* 3 years of working experience in direct response web design is necessary (5 years is preferred)
