With an increased demand for Teaching Assistants in Wigan, Teaching Personnel, a leader in education recruitment, is looking to recruit dedicated support staff to assist students across a wide range of settings, including one-on-one support and classroom assistance.

We are also committed to helping Teaching Assistants find permanent positions and are currently offering a £250 bonus for those who secure a permanent role through us.

Requirements:
Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred) and experience in primary or secondary school settings. You’ll have the chance to support pupils with varying needs, from classroom support to specific intervention programs.

Level 2 training available for those wishing to qualify whilst gaining key experience.

Opportunities Available:

Daily support cover – Morning calls and advance notice bookings
Intervention and Tuition support – Block bookings and full-day sessions
Fixed-term placements with potential for long-term roles
Permanent role placements with a £250 bonus upon hiring

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
