Site Manager
We have an new opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading housing developer in East Sussex.
About the role of Site Manager
You will be reporting to the Contracts Manager and manage the construction of a new development including all house building works, ensuring that targets are met and delivery to build programme and ensuring Quality is met to all its customers.
Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance on site at all times to the company H&S standards and Processes, NHBC standards, Building regulations and overall quality standards.
Co-ordinating labour and resources on site to deliver the build programme
Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Conduct regular site inspections
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site
Lead and motivate teams
Monitoring and controlling the cost of production
Requirements for the Site Manager
Proven track record of operating as a Site Manager on New Build sites
Timber frame experience is essential
CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid
Strong communication skills
Ability to effectively manage
In depth knowledge of all aspect of construction, H&S, NHBC requirements and Building regulations
What we offer:
The salary on offer is between 60k-65k with a car allowance and other bonuses
