Candidates should have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a residential children’s home and hold a Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent. Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and experience managing challenging behaviors are essential. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership is desirable, along with good communication and organizational skills.
