Join Our Team as a Product Manager for Education Reform

Are you passionate about driving impactful change in the education sector? We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to manage the development, delivery, and evaluation of a set of products aimed at transforming education systems.

We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge. The Partnership for Education brings together in one place the expertise in education reform from Cambridge University Press & Assessment, supported by the global network of the University of Cambridge. We partner with clients to develop education systems. This can involve providing a number of different products and services and delivering bespoke solutions which best fit the context. Clients are likely to include Ministries of Education, donor organisations, private foundations, national/regional education organisations and exam boards.

About the role

As a Product Manager, you will manage the successful development, delivery, and evaluation of products within our diverse portfolio. This role will initially focus on managing and developing our fellowship programmes and support the development of our growing product portfolio.

Lead on innovative and impactful product strategies: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with market trends and customer needs. Track key metrics to improve user experience and product impact.

Translate strategy into action: Convert product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development. Prioritize features and improvements based on business value, customer impact, and feasibility.

Drive and manage the product lifecycle: Lead on all processes in the product lifecycle, including market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements, roadmap development, delivery, and product launch.

Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration: Establish and manage complex relationships with external partners, clients / funders and senior stakeholders. Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure the quality and success of the product(s).

Contribute to broader strategy: Play a key role in shaping the wider Partnership for Education Product Strategy.
