Technical Support Engineer

£30,000 - £40,000 + Training + Bonus Scheme + Flexible Working Hours + Progression

Are you a Technical Support Engineer looking to further your career in a dynamic and exciting environment with a company that supplies leading solutions to some of the world's biggest tech giants and offers training and progression?

On offer is the opportunity to join a market leading company in the design, manufacture, and worldwide distribution of Pressure Relief Vents and Air Pressure Stabilisers within the healthcare and fire suppression sectors.

The day-to-day responsibilities include establishing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers and distributors, generating and following up on leads and quotes, and interpreting customer specifications to provide accurate proposals. You will also provide technical assistance to clients, attend exhibitions, attend customer and site visits and work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

This role would suit a Technical Support Engineer who is eager to further develop their skills and contribute to a growing company who are a specialist in their field.

The Role:

Inbound Sales Enquiries
Provide Technical Sales Proposals and Quotes to prospective clients
Attend Exhibitions, Client and Site Visits
Mon-Fri (Flexible Hours)The Person:
