Are you passionate about science and eager to support the next generation of scientists? Join our vibrant and dynamic team at the school, a leading mainstream secondary school in Lewisham, as a Science Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and set up laboratory equipment and materials for science lessons.
Assist teaching staff during practical science sessions.
Maintain and clean laboratory equipment and workspaces.
Manage inventory and order supplies for the science department.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the laboratory.
Provide technical support and guidance to students during experiments.
Assist with the organisation and execution of science-related events and projects.Requirements:

A strong interest in science and education.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of laboratory equipment and safety protocols.
Previous experience as a science technician is preferred but not required.
