We are now looking for a Mobile HGV Technician to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4pm. Some flexibility is needed.

The Role

As a Mobile HGV Technician, you will be based in the North Devon area, giving technical support and conducting repair and maintenance work for our valued North Devon based customers. You will work closely and directly with our customers to give a first-class support service for their Volvo fleet.

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, you will collaborate with our Exeter Service team and customers to provide a variety of services. This will consist mainly of Volvo Contract, Warranty and Retail work.

Additionally, you will:

- Manage your work week as efficiently as possible
- Manage contract and warranty processes correctly
- Complete paperwork to a high-quality standard
- Communicate with customers for bookings and work updates
- Carry out diagnostic work
- Ensure adherence to Volvo standards for vehicle repair and servicing
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and efficient workspace environment
- Support our customers by achieving service excellence

About You

To be considered as a Mobile HGV Technician, you will need:

- A City & Guilds or equivalent qualification to NVQ level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
