The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Project Manager. As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of roofing projects within the London and Southeast England new build residential sector. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of roofing projects.

* Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.

* Proactively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

* Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.

* Assist in the procurement of materials and services.

* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues.

* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management team.

* Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required Skills and Experience:

* A strong understanding of construction principles and project management methodologies.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.

* A relevant construction or project management qualification is preferred.

* A valid UK driving license.
