About the Role

As a Building Safety and Compliance Officer, you will:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and statutory obligations.
Support the Building Safety Lead Manager (BSLM) with building safety initiatives.
Liaise with contractors, surveyors, internal teams, and residents.
Assist with key compliance responsibilities, including electrical testing, gas servicing, fire safety, and asbestos management.
Maintain accurate digital building records and assist in developing safety cases for complex buildings. What They Are Looking For:

A property-related degree, ideally with a focus on building safety and compliance.
Strong understanding of property maintenance and health and safety regulations.
A full UK driving licence and access to a car. Why Join them?
