Helene at Amber Mace is working with a fast paced, market leading client who is currently looking for an ambitious and experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their team in Aberdeen. They pride themselves on remaining independent as a small to medium provider, and plan to remain so. Role Duties:

Primarily case management – with 6 to 7 cases per day
Full OH remit inclusive of case management and health surveillance.
Based in clinic in Aberdeen, with only occasional client site viits
Additional responsibilities will include workplace assessments, risk assessments, pre-placement screenings and fitness-for-work assessments
Provide clear advice regarding health and wellbeing
Assist with providing preventative strategies

Requirements:

Qualified nurse, with an Occupational Health qualification
Previous experience within the Occupational Health sector essential
Proactive and personable, with excellent communication skills

About You

I'm currently looking for someone who is self-motivated with the ability to motivate others by being empowering and encouraging. You will be commercially focused and be able to deliver a challenging but fair approach to managing absences due to sickness.
