Are you an experienced Sales Coordinator looking for a new challenge?

My client, a well establish company based in East London are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join them on a full-time permanent basis.

Duties will include:

Handle customer orders and queries via phone and email, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience.

Boost sales through upselling and offer smart alternatives when products are out of stock.

Build strong relationships by putting customers first and delivering excellent service every time.

Resolve issues quickly, from answering questions to addressing complaints with care.

Work closely with other teams to meet business goals and keep things running smoothly.

The successful candidate will have/be:

Proven experience or strong knowledge of construction products would be desirable but is by no means essential.

Proactive, responsive, and meticulous in all tasks.

Capable of confidently selling, negotiating, and persuading.

Skilled at forming and nurturing valuable professional relationships.

Collaborative, solutions-focused, and always ready to contribute.
