We're looking for an Experienced Multi Trade

We are a Recruitment Company specializing in the construction and maintenance of property related services, committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Trader to join our team.

Job Description:
As a Multi-Trader, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks across multiple trades, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within specified deadlines. You will work on a wide range of projects to both void and tenanted properties whether residential or commercial and be a key part of our on-site team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Complete repairs, maintenance, and installations as required.

* Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently.

* Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.

* Deliver a high standard of work, ensuring client satisfaction.

* Maintain a professional approach at all times, upholding company values and customer service standards.

Trades required for this role include:

* Carpentry: Kitchens, Doors Etc

* Tiling

* Plastering preferred

* Painting and Decorating

* Plumbing: Full Bathroom replacements (DFG Shower pump replacements), toilets, sinks and basins, repair leaks, taps, showers, waste pipes, isolation valves, stopcocks.

We like our staff to:

* Be punctual and reliable

* Have access to own tools

* Be a strong player with a good work ethic

* Experience of working within the social housing sector

* Problem solving skills and seeking any advise required

* Knowledge of using a PDA (desirable) training will be given

* Follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or in a similar role.

* Competence in a range of trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, and decorating (additional skills are a bonus).

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.

* A full UK driving license is preferred.

* Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.

* A commitment to delivering quality work and excellent customer service.
