As a Psychology Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in developing students' analytical and critical thinking skills, while guiding them through the complexities of psychological theories and practices. As a Psychology Teacher, your role will include:

Delivering engaging and insightful lessons on psychology that ignite curiosity and encourage independent thought.
Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons tailored to the needs of students.
Encouraging students to think critically and analyse psychological concepts and case studies.
Monitoring and assessing students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
Creating an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and motivated to participate.
Supporting students in achieving their academic and personal goals, including preparation for exams.
Collaborating with colleagues to share resources and best practices to enrich the psychology curriculum.

To be considered for the Psychology Teacher role, you must:

Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification (such as QTLS or PGCE). Overseas-trained teachers are encouraged to apply.
Have a degree in Psychology or a related field.
Experience teaching Psychology is preferred, though applications from Early Career Teachers are welcome.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging students in learning.
Be proactive, adaptable, and dedicated to providing quality education.
