Brickies Labourer

Activus Recruitment Ltd is a leading construction recruitment agency based in Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire, United Kingdom.

We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Brickies Labourer to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis in Aberlour, Moray.

As a Brickies Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting bricklayers with various tasks on construction sites. This may include carrying materials, mixing mortar, and cleaning up debris. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be physically fit to handle the demands of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting bricklayers with various tasks on construction sites

- Carrying materials and tools to and from the site

- Mixing mortar and preparing materials for the bricklayers

- Cleaning up debris and ensuring the site is kept tidy

- Following health and safety guidelines at all times

- Communicating effectively with the team and reporting any issues or concerns

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Brickies Labourer or in a similar role

- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

- Valid CSCS card

- Rate DoE
