Key Responsibilities as an Higher Level Teaching Assistant:

Support Curriculum Delivery: Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons, working collaboratively to meet the needs of all pupils.
Lead Learning Sessions: Take responsibility for planning and delivering small group interventions or whole-class lessons in the teacher's absence.
Foster Development: Provide targeted support to help pupils overcome challenges and succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

Contribute to Planning: Assist with lesson planning, preparation of resources, and assessment of pupils' progress.

HLTA Qualification or Equivalent: Essential for this role.
