This established demolition specialist contractor is actively seeking a talented and driven Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. As a Project QS, you’ll take ownership of managing financial and contractual aspects of projects valued between £250k and £8m, spanning demolition, enabling works, structural alterations, and remediation.
You will work on exciting and technically complex projects in a supportive environment, collaborating closely with the senior commercial team to optimise profitability and deliver top-tier results. You’ll split your time between the Weybridge office and project sites, ensuring a hands-on approach to cost management, valuations, and final accounts while building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors alike.

Requirements & Rewards – What You Give & What You Get Back
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you should have:

A strong foundation in Quantity Surveying with minimum 5 years of experience in industry. This experience does not need to be specific to Demo and can be from sub or main contracting background.
Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
