Location – Central London

Project Locations/Value

* Central London – Victoria, Regents Park and Westminster

* Value of project is £3million

* Involving Isolating Slip lines with new plastic main and connections

* Bringing back the service

Key Responsibilities

* Site Management: Oversee daily operations on-site to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

* Project Delivery: Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project teams to deliver water and civil engineering projects efficiently.

* Health and Safety: Promote a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

* Technical Problem-Solving: Provide technical guidance to resolve challenges on-site, liaising with designers and stakeholders for effective solutions.

* Quality Control: Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to specifications and industry best practices.

Requirements

* Demonstrated experience as a Sub Agent or similar role in civil engineering, particularly within water infrastructure or large-scale drainage projects.

* Strong understanding of construction techniques, safety standards, and project management principles.

* Relevant qualifications in civil engineering (HNC/HND or degree level).

* SMSTS certification and a valid CSCS card.
