Technical Leadership: As the Site Engineer, oversee the technical aspects of project works, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and drawings.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors, and on-site teams to support project success as the Site Engineer.
Health & Safety Compliance: Implement health, safety, and environmental policies in alignment with company standards as a Site Engineer.
Problem-Solving: Actively identify and resolve project challenges, supporting initiatives for continuous improvement as a Site Engineer.
Team Support: Mentor junior staff, conducting annual appraisals and fostering a culture of excellence as the Site Engineer. Remuneration Package:
