SourceCo are proud to work in partnership with an established Tewkesbury based company for a company who specialise in the food production industry, based in the Tewkesbury area.

Job Title – Cold Store Picker/Packer

Pay rates – £12.14 per hour

Start date – Immediate

Location – Tewkesbury

Job Type – Temporary leading onto permanent for the right candidate

Shift – Monday to Friday 7am-4.30pm and 9am – 6.30pm (weekly rotating)

Saturday – 7am-3.30pm/4pm

Please note you will be working in a cold store with a temperature being between 2-5 degrees.

What does the role involve?

* Picking orders in the warehouse and refrigerated storage from load sheets

* Loading and unloading goods

* Picking crates/boxes of milk, cream, butter, yoghurt or cheese

* Getting orders from the printer

* Placing all items on pallets

* Shrink wrap order and move to loading area

* Loaders will be loading and unloading lorries using a manual pump truck

* Following Health and Safety rules

* Lifting items up to 14kg

* Any other duties required

Minimum experience, training or qualifications required:

* Ability to work as a team

* Ability to work under pressure and hitting deadlines
