Reprographics Officer (Temporary) - Immediate Start
TimePlan are currently recruiting for a Reprographics Officer on behalf of a well-regarded secondary school located in Southwark. This is a temporary position (sickness cover with no end date as of yet) with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operation of the school's reprographics department, including printing, photocopying, and binding of materials such as teaching resources, newsletters, and exam papers.
Ensure high-quality production of all printed materials, meeting tight deadlines.
Assist school staff with the creation and design of documents, posters, and learning resources.
Monitor and maintain stock levels of printing supplies, placing orders when needed.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with reprographics equipment.
Collaborate with school staff to prioritise workload effectively.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
What We Are Looking For:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in a reprographics or similar administrative role is advantageous.
Familiarity with operating office equipment such as printers, copiers, and binding machines.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
