Farm Manager

Think Fe is excited to work with a beautiful College in South Yorkshire seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee the operations of a 7.5-acre smallholding, focusing on animal care, crop production, and conservation projects.

The Farm Manager will lead the planning and delivery of the annual farm schedule, ensuring maximum productivity and a safe, structured environment. Key responsibilities include collaborating with tutors to create educational activities for young learners with additional needs, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: South Yorkshire

Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in farm management with knowledge of both crop and livestock operations.
Strong understanding of sustainable farming practices and health and safety regulations.
Effective leader with a collaborative approach and organizational skills.
Full UK driving license required.
Experience working with individuals with additional needs (desirable).
