This South Surrey-based firm, located conveniently in the heart of Oxted, offers a dynamic working environment just minutes from local transportation. With a team of around 20 professionals across accounts, tax, payroll, audit, and administration, the firm is known for its collaborative culture and long-standing commitment to flexible working arrangements. As a registered ICAEW and ACCA training employer, the firm supports professional growth and offers opportunities for continued development.

As a Client Manager / Qualified Accountant, you will:

Take responsibility for managing a portfolio of clients, providing high-quality accounting and advisory services.

Foster strong relationships with clients, communicating effectively to address their needs.

Offer professional guidance and support on various financial and tax matters.

Collaborate with the wider team, contributing to a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Manage your workload independently, ensuring client deadlines and compliance requirements are met.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be:

A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with experience managing a client portfolio.

Skilled at client communication, relationship management, and providing proactive financial advice.

Confident working independently and collaboratively as part of a growing team.

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client engagements effectively.

Interested in working in a flexible, part-time, or hybrid role that balances professional responsibilities with personal commitments.

Benefits

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
