✨ What You’ll Do: As a Support Worker
Provide support and guidance to young people of all genders, helping them overcome emotional and behavioural challenges.
Work a flexible 39-hour week with three fulfilling shifts (08:00 to 23:00), including two sleep-ins.
Help create a warm, homely atmosphere where young people can feel safe and thrive. ✨ What’s In It For You:
Great Salary: Starting at £26,320 for 39 hours and 2 sleep-ins, with the potential to earn up to £30,235 with overtime (45 hours + 2 sleep-ins)
Extra Pay Perks: Overtime over 45 hours is paid at time and a quarter, plus £40 per extra sleep-in.
