Software Product Manager

Our client, a leading provider of software solutions for health practices across the UK and Ireland, is on the lookout for a talented Software Product Manager to take their product to the next level. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in a company that helps healthcare practices convert prospects, enquiries, and referrals worth millions of pounds every month.

The Role:

As a Software Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the evolution of our client's healthcare software product, ensuring it continues to meet and exceed customer expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Executing Product Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with business goals.

Owning the Product Roadmap: Maintain and communicate a clear product roadmap, leading quarterly internal workshops to keep everyone aligned.

Feature Definition: Work closely with the product owner and colleagues to identify and define valuable features, ensuring they are well-scoped and achievable.

Metrics Monitoring: Refine and monitor key metrics to measure product success, sharing insights and recommending improvements.

Product Development Process: Manage and optimize the product development process, writing specifications and user stories, maintaining the product backlog, and leading essential meetings.

Customer Success Collaboration: Partner with the Customer Success team to run beta trials, gather feedback, triage feature requests, and encourage new feature adoption.

Customer Engagement: Share product updates bi-monthly and engage users to vote for roadmap items.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs through ongoing research and analysis.

The Ideal Candidate:

Our client seeks a personable team player with a solid technical background and a knack for problem-solving. You should be comfortable in a startup environment, ready to embrace fluidity and take on responsibilities beyond your job description as the company grows.

Skills and Experience:

Minimum 3 years as a Product Manager or similar role in a software environment.
Experience with agile methodology and SaaS products.
Proven success in defining and launching customer-valued products.
Familiarity with JIRA is a plus.
Strong planning and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
Collaborative decision-making abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
