A respected and ambitious Construction Consultancy in Cambridge is currently looking for a motivated and diligent Construction Project Manager.
This role is perfect for a professional eager to make a mark in a variety of sectors, including Commercial, Residential, Retail, Education, Healthcare, and Leisure.
The Construction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing diverse projects across Cambridgeshire.
Responsibilities include:
Serving as an Employer's Agent on certain projects.
Managing projects from inception to completion.
Establishing effective communication with all client suppliers and operators.
Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards and meet client specifications.The Construction Project Manager
Membership in a professional body such as RICS, APM, CIOB (desirable but not essential).
A degree in Construction, Project Management, or Building Surveying.
Previous experience in a Project Management role within a construction consultancy.
Experience in acting as an Employer's Agent is a significant bonus.
Demonstrated experience across various build sector projects.In Return?
