Senior Quantity Surveyor

An opportunity to join a Global Civil Engineering contractor with a UK turnover more than £50million. Abatec is working with an industry leader in delivering major infrastructure project in North Wales, in the recruitment of a permanent Senior Quantity Surveyor.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

* Have worked for Tier One contractors on civil engineering projects.

* Record, monitor and review the financial performance of the contract, reporting into senior management.

* Procure subcontractors and manage their accounts.

* Prepare and agree interim valuations.

* Manage final accounts.

Our client requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor with:

* Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar

* Experience of working for a tier one Civil Engineering contractor.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Experience of commercially delivering multi-million-pound schemes.

* A thorough understanding of NEC form of contracts.

Salary and benefits include:

* £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

* £14k Accommodation Subsistence

* Match up to 8% pension

* 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
