We are working with a client who are seeking a skilled CNC Turner who is proficient in programming, setting, and operating with Fanuc controlled lathes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and diverse team and contribute to the production of high-quality precision components.

Responsibilities

* Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes with Fanuc controls to produce precision components according to technical drawings and specifications

* Monitor machine performance and make any necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency

* Conduct regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime

* Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve production issues

* Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

* Proven experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes with Fanuc controls

* Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications

* Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment to ensure precision and accuracy

* Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors

* Dedication to upholding high standards of quality and adhering to safety protocols

* Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Hours and Rate
